A bean to cup coffee machine grinds fresh beans and, on fresh-milk models, foams real milk for every cup, so an office gets café-quality cappuccinos, flat whites and americanos without a barista. We rent, lease and sell Jura and Dr Coffee machines for 50 to 300 cups a day, install them ourselves, and keep them running with servicing and breakdown cover built into the weekly price. Try them side by side at our Southwark showroom.

Choosing a bean to cup machine for your office

Start with cups per day. Up to 50 people are well served by a compact machine such as the Jura W4 or Dr Coffee F15; 100 to 200 cups a day calls for a Jura X10, GIGA X3 or Dr Coffee Coffee Zone with a larger hopper and faster boiler; canteens and hospitality sites pushing past 200 cups should look at the GIGA X8 or Dr Coffee F30 with twin grinders.

Next, milk. Fresh-milk machines pair with a milk cooler and give the best cappuccinos; powdered-milk options need no fridge and suit self-service corners. Finally, water: tank-fed machines can go anywhere, mains-fed models never need filling. Most Jura models are available either way.

Rental, lease or purchase

Rental from £12 a week includes installation, servicing, filter changes and breakdown cover on one monthly invoice. Leasing spreads the cost of ownership over three to five years, and outright purchase is quoted on request. Whichever you choose, the first 1,000 drinks are free and our engineers cover all of Greater London.

Questions we get asked

The questions buyers put to us before they order. If yours is not here, call and someone who knows the answer will pick up.

How much does a bean to cup coffee machine cost to rent?

Rental starts at £12 a week for the Jura W4 and £14 a week for the Dr Coffee F15, rising to around £55 a week for a 300-cup machine such as the Dr Coffee F30. Installation, servicing and breakdown cover are included.

Do bean to cup machines need plumbing in?

Not necessarily. Tank-fed models such as the Jura X10 or GIGA X3 have an integrated water tank you fill by hand. Mains-fed versions (X10c, X3c, X8c) connect to your water supply so they never need filling, which we recommend above about 100 cups a day.

Which bean to cup machine is best for a small office?

For up to 50 cups a day the Jura W4 (black coffee) or Jura W8 (fresh milk) are compact, quiet and easy to keep clean. Both rent from under £20 a week.

Do you supply the coffee beans as well?

Yes. Our own Italian Aroma blends are roasted for bean to cup machines and delivered next working day across London, with 5% off six-kilo cases.
