Coffee @ Works' key objective is to maintain and enhance our reputation as a professional and reliable organisation that can be trusted to provide a high level of service while minimising our adverse impact on the environment.
By reducing the amount of waste product arising from our activities and increasing efficiency, we aim to continue giving our customers the best possible service whilst being mindful that what may seem small and inconsequential can have bigger ramifications further down the line.
Our service department is dedicated to furthering its knowledge and applying logic, allowing our engineers freedom within safe processes to complete machine servicing and repairs on the first visit.
Coffee @ Work senior management will review these objectives on an annual basis.
The aim of our Quality Assurance system is to maintain competitiveness, provide a service of the highest quality and ensure that the customer's experience is as hassle-free as possible.
To realise these aims, Coffee @ Work will comply with all AVA recommendations and systems, senior management understands this must be a commitment from all staff and will equip them with the tools and knowledge to make this possible.
